All of our team members are experienced PR practitioners and have worked for a range of clients, from large global corporate brands to small start up businesses. 

Dawn Roberts – Director

A graduate in law, Dawn has practiced PR for more than 20 years, working for a leading London consultancy and Birmingham’s largest PR agency prior to setting up Headline Communications in 1992. Dawn has overall responsibility for directing the firm’s PR accounts.

When she’s not in the office, Dawn can be found tending to her veg patch on her allotment  and admits to being something of a “foodie”.

Matt Taylor – Director

Matt has been a member of the Headline team since 2003. As a director, he is assists with the management of all of our key business-to-business clients. He has a degree in Media & Communications Studies and has worked in the PR industry since graduating in 2001. Matt is also immediate-past chairman of Birmingham Future, the not-for-profit lobbying and networking group for the city’s young professionals.

Unlike Dawn, Matt doesn’t grow veg but he can grow a pretty impressive beard!
